A Space for Grief
An online support circle with Joseph LeMieux
Sundays · 2–4 p.m. Pacific · Donation-based
Grief can follow the death of someone we love, the loss of a pet, the end of a relationship, or a change in the life we imagined. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome to come as you are.
This circle offers time to share, listen, and connect. Drawing on Buddhist-inspired teachings about compassion and impermanence, gentle somatic awareness, and inner child reflection, we’ll make room for grief at your own pace.
You don’t need meditation experience or the right words. Sharing and all practices are optional. People of all spiritual backgrounds are welcome.
